The challenge of Sunrise Duet was to design a home not just beside the coast, but truly shaped by it. Every decision was guided by the rhythms of sun, wind, and sea, creating a residence that lives in harmony with its setting.

Passive solar design, natural ventilation, and carefully placed shading allow the home to shift with the day, capturing the soft light of morning, tempering the heat of midday, and opening to the cool evening air. Throughout, uninterrupted views keep the ocean ever-present, ensuring comfort and beauty remain inseparable.
