The Laguna Beach remodel began with a unique challenge: transforming a neglected 1960s hillside home into a modern coastal sanctuary that evoked the sleek luxury of a yacht.

Rather than demolish the “little ’60s cracker box,” the design embraced the creative limitations of the existing structure. Strategic openings through structural walls maximized panoramic ocean views, while the home’s core elements were reimagined to unlock new potential.

The result is a one-of-a-kind residence that turns constraint into opportunity, celebrating the beauty of coastal living through clarity, precision, and bold reinvention.
