The Hall – Global Eatery
Inspired by the classic food halls of Europe and the unique flavors the Mediterranean and Morocco, The Hall Global Eatery is an experience for all your senses. Inside the completely transformed 8,000 square foot interior the restaurant bustles with the aromas of 4 different food concepts including an upscale cocktail bar, a fine dining and crudo bar, a Mediterranean fast-casual line, and a French patisserie with coffee , juices, and fresh bakery items.
Throughout the space a unifying theme of color, pattern, texture, and material link the 4 different concepts, all set against the crisp white backdrop of the walls and floor.
Above the open dining areas an abstracted “vaulted ceiling” harkens back to the traditional building methods of the past while offering an opportunity for dramatic lighting and interesting textures.
Shapes, patters, and colors typically found in the Mediterranean and Morocco appear throughout the space in the various tile-work walls, over head lamp shades, and painted accents.
Outside, guests are shaded by the large olive trees that line the dining patio and create a private “worlds away” feeling from the bustle of the South Coast Plaza shopping experience beyond.
