What started off as a typical, 1970s Dana Point tract house has been transformed into a modern and transitional beach cottage, filled with light and smiles. Perfect for laid-back family living — California style.

"Anders & his team helped us to remodel a 1970's tract home in Dana Point, CA. He is incredibly talented and very creative. The project was a very good experience (we've done 3 remodels to date and know how trying these can be). Anders asked great questions about how we live, he listened to us and incorporated our concerns into the final designs. The end result is a fabulous house that is perfect our family. Every bit of space works really well. We hope to work with Anders Lasater Architects again in the future and would highly recommend him and his firm to any prospective clients!!"
